“Homes in Harmony owners, Jorge and Diana Prado, were foster parents for 9 amazing years. After fostering various children of all ages, and adopting 4 children out of care, the Prado family decided to close their foster home and focus on raising their 6 daughters. Jorge and Diana continued to feel the call to help the hurting children of Laredo, so they decided to open a foster care and adoption agency of their own. Homes in Harmony was born.
Homes in Harmony is dedicated to serving the families and children of Laredo and its surrounding communities. Harmony families become a part of the close-knit Harmony community and receive attention from the beginning of the verification process to the end. Homes in Harmony provides families with monthly support group meetings where foster parents gather, train and communicate with each other. Harmony families are also connected together as a source of support and respite care.
Homes in Harmony pledges to support and provide individualized attention to each family that is part of Homes in Harmony. What are you waiting for? Become a member of the Homes in Harmony family today!”
Homes in Harmony provides individualized attention to each family that it licenses. With co-founders that have lived as a child in CPS care, become a foster parent or worked in a child placing agency, the Agency was developed with all perspectives of the foster care journey in mind. There is always somebody ready to support every family that comes through our Agency.
Homes in Harmony uses ExtendedReach software. All foster parent documentation is accessible online and submitted through our online parent portal.
